職位描述：
此崗位為6-12個月的臨時崗位。
1. 工作范圍
1.1 Armacell 4家工廠氣凝膠產(chǎn)品和部分OEM產(chǎn)品的訂單制作和跟進；
1.2 支持客服團隊，確保氣凝膠產(chǎn)品能夠及時順利的供應(yīng)和發(fā)運；
1.3 協(xié)助商務(wù)經(jīng)理建立OEM 產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品清單和供應(yīng)池；
1.4 協(xié)助商務(wù)經(jīng)理進行工程承包或固定資產(chǎn)投資相關(guān)的項目采購；
1.5 管理工作范圍內(nèi)的供應(yīng)商，確保按時按質(zhì)按量供應(yīng)；
1.6 與相關(guān)部門合作，例如支持QA 或者項目負責人處理投訴，配合財務(wù)部門安排供應(yīng)商的對賬付款，或其他相關(guān)部門例如銷售、生產(chǎn)或項目等，爭取每項工作都有好的產(chǎn)出與反饋。
1.7 采購文件上傳及歸檔；
1.8 采購數(shù)據(jù)分析處理。
1.9 及時完成月度報告。
1.10 上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或公司可能分配給該職位的其他工作。

職位要求：
1. 本科學歷，物流/供應(yīng)鏈、國際貿(mào)易、國際采購、統(tǒng)計學、財務(wù)、項目管理或工程管理等專業(yè)均可。
2. 2年采購工作經(jīng)驗，相關(guān)領(lǐng)域可包含OEM產(chǎn)品采購，貿(mào)易，工程承包，間接采購或進出口等。談判能力佳是加分項。
3. 熟悉電子郵件、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、Word、Excel、PowerPoint以及AI工具的使用。
4. 有SAP或其它ERP應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
5. 具備良好的英語讀寫能力。CET-6級。
6. 有一定的商務(wù)認知，積極主動，樂觀向上，有應(yīng)對復(fù)雜問題的信心和意愿。
7. 善于團隊合作，有良好的承壓能力和工作韌性，勇于面對挑戰(zhàn)并能快速學習。
Job Description：
1. Work Scope
1.1 PO creation and follow up under 4 Armacell plants for ArmaGel Products and part of jobbed products.
1.2 Support CS team to insure timely and smooth supply and shipping of ArmaGel Products.
1.3 Assist Commodity Manager to create out-sourcing list and supplier pool for jobbed products.
1.4 Assist Commodity Manager for EPC project and Capex/ investment project.
1.5 Manage suppliers and ensure on time/quality/quantity supply of all materials within the work scope.
1.6 Work cross functions to deliver positive output, such as support QA or project owner to deal with complaint, work with Finance team for supplier settlement, or other work involving departments like Sales/Operation/Project team etc.
1.7 Purchasing documents uploading and filing.
1.8 Purchase data analysis with careful consideration and verification.
1.9 Monthly report on a timely basis.
1.10 The other work that the manager or the company may assign to this position.
2. Communication & Info Sharing
2.1 Alert when any urgent/important/big change happens. And coordinate all relevant parties effectively to achieve a best result.
2.2 Be conscious of information security & confidentiality.

Qualification：
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent majored in logistics/supply chain, international trading, finance, project management or engineering etc.
2. 2 years of experience related to Jobbed product/OEM/trading/tolling, EPC, indirect purchase, import/export etc. Good negotiating skills are preferred.
3. Familiar with the use of e-mail, the Internet, MS Word and Excel and AI tools.
4. SAP or ERP experience is preferred.
5. English skill in reading & writing is requested, CET 6.
6. With certain commercial sense, self-motivated and willing to deal with problems in a positive way.
7. Good team worker, capable to work under pressure, strong resilience, ready to face challenges and quick to learn.
