Job Description
1. Review and approve samples for customers' sample submission
2. According to product performance requirements, take charge of the development of product design.
3. Support the sales department in communication with Customers to define technical specifications, and understand customer requirements.
4. Follow Up on new product development from the technical requirement till the samples are approved.
5. If necessary, support the sales department to visit the customer.
6. Support the quality department in case of Customer complaints.
7. Support and cooperate with production to define the internal specifications and define the setting of the production line.
8. Analyze Market and Product trends.
9. Overseeing production and ensuring that products conform to market specifications and safety regulations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in textile engineering or related fields. Preferentially familiar with Spinning Process
2. 3 + years of working experience in textile engineering technology, as a product Engineer or similar is a plus.
3. Work seriously and responsibly, actively find and solve problems.
4. Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent in both written and oral English
6. Advanced analytical and design skills
7. Knowledge of industry and market trends
8. VERY GOOD project management skills
9. A keen eye for detail.
10. SAP or ERP system experience is Just a Plus.
