1.根據(jù)各相關(guān)工段的工藝要求和設(shè)備的性能而制定出合理的工藝方案，維護(hù)并不斷的完善，進(jìn)行有效的process control;
According to each related process station process requirements and equipment performance, establish a reasonable process operation solution, maintain and continuously improve it with effective process control.
2.編寫工藝操作規(guī)范和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書;
Establish the process operation standard and work instructions.
3.協(xié)助不同工位之間的合作;
Assist cooperation between the different stations.
4.負(fù)責(zé)對工程師的培訓(xùn)，同時根據(jù)柔板生產(chǎn)部安排對督導(dǎo)、組長甚至一線操作工培訓(xùn)，并確認(rèn)培訓(xùn)效果;
Responsible for engineer training, and according to the arrangement from production department to train supervers, line leader, even operators. Also need to follow the effectiveness of training.
5.主要柔板成品率的follow：設(shè)計/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)review，制程優(yōu)化，保持yield穩(wěn)定上升；
Key flex P/Ns yield performance follow, design and process standardization review, process control keep optimization, keep improve the yield.
6.針對成本的降低，組織和實施相應(yīng)工段的改善措施;
Response to reduce operation cost through organization and implementation of the corresponding process improvement.
7.帶領(lǐng)工程師在生產(chǎn)過程中不斷的去檢查和督促柔板生產(chǎn)部工人按照規(guī)范操作，并隨時糾正，同時要防止工藝問題而影響生產(chǎn)
Lead engineers in the production floor of continuous checking and supervising the flex production operatorss according to the WI of operation, correct the wrong operation anywhere/anytime, Prevent any process problems to impact the production shipment or schedule .
8.負(fù)責(zé)各工段SPC項目的實施和監(jiān)控,對SPC異常點進(jìn)行改善
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Section of SPC project, to improve the SPC outliers.

職責(zé)要求：

1.本科以上學(xué)歷（濕工藝需化學(xué)、化工、機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)，干工藝需機(jī)械、電子、自動化類相關(guān)專業(yè)）;
Regular college course or above ( wet process chemical, chemical, mechanical or relevant major, dry technology of mechanical, electronic, automation related majors ).
2.從事Flex工藝3年或PCB5年以上技術(shù)經(jīng)歷;
In the Flex process 3 or PCB 5years technical experience.
3.熟悉電腦操作;
Familiar with computer operation.
4.有團(tuán)隊精神;
Team spirit.
5.熟悉ISO9001或TS16949 程序，熟練掌握FMEA，控制計劃，SPC，DOE ;
Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 , master with FMEA, control plan, SPC, DOE.
6.了解有害物質(zhì)管理;
Well understanding with HSM.
7.英語聽說讀寫俱佳;
English listening and speaking and written
8.負(fù)責(zé)工藝文件的編寫和完善, 保證所負(fù)責(zé)各工段的正常運(yùn)行, 進(jìn)行有效的process control; 不斷的提高成品率和工作效率，主導(dǎo)各項試驗的實施，報告給部門經(jīng)理;
Responsible for process documents establishment and update termly, make sure the responsible process under control and normal operation, set up the effective process control; constantly improve the yield and working efficiency,degisn and lead the engineering experience test, report to group manager.
