General Description
Inventory Manager for one of the key accounts; the position is located in Jiaxing, and responsibility covers the warehouses for the key accounts in China;

Specific Accountabilities
1. Planning: Warehouse storage planning for merchandise and packaging based on run rate & FIFO; Inventory ABC classifications and location planning;
2. Peak Events: Storage planning and execution for peak events;
3. Inventory Accuracy: Investigate of inventory discrepancy; Initiate, implement and monitoring of measures to achieve 100% inventory accuracy;
4. SOP & WI: Establish, regular updates and implementation of inventory related SOP & WI;
5. FIFO: Inventory FIFO management;
6. QH: Quality Hold management, communication with customer and execution;
7. PickFace: PickFace setup and replenishment management;
8. Cycle Count: Daily cycle count management & reporting;
9. CIP: Work with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement on storage utilization, inventory accuracy, replenishment efficiency;
10. Team Management: Recruitment, training, performance management of 1. cycle count team;

4. 4. SOP 和 WI:建立、定期更新和實施與庫存相關(guān)的 SOP 和 WI;
5. 先進(jìn)先出: 庫存先進(jìn)先出管理;
6. QH:質(zhì)量保持管理,與客戶溝通并執(zhí)行;
7. PickFace: 揀貨面設(shè)置和補(bǔ)貨管理;
8. 周期計數(shù): 每日周期清點管理和報告
9. CIP:與內(nèi)部和外部利益相關(guān)者合作,不斷提高存儲利用率、庫存準(zhǔn)確性和補(bǔ)貨效率;
10. 團(tuán)隊管理: 周期清點團(tuán)隊的招聘、培訓(xùn)和績效管理;

Skills Required
1. Solid Operational Background;
2. Proven Record of Inventory Management;
3. Warehouse Management System Knowledge (operations perspective);
4. Able to work under high pressure;
5. Strong self-driven attitude and ability to work to deadlines;
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Fluent in English verbal and written

2. 良好的庫存管理記錄;
3. 倉庫管理系統(tǒng)知識(運營角度);
4. 能夠在高壓下工作;
5. 強(qiáng)烈的自我驅(qū)動態(tài)度和在截止日期前完成工作的能力;
6. 較強(qiáng)的口頭和書面溝通能力;
7. 英語口語和書面表達(dá)流利

Experience and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree;
2. MS office to advanced level, especially MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel;
3. Minimum 3 years of Operational experience in logistics operations;
4. Minimum 2 years of Inventory Management Experience in warehouses;
5. Minimum 1 year of People Management Experience; Warehouse Operator or Team Leader Management Experience preferred;
1. 學(xué)士學(xué)位;
2. MS office 高級水平,尤其是 MS Project、PowerPoint、Excel;
3. 至少 3 年的物流操作經(jīng)驗;
4. 至少 2 年倉庫庫存管理經(jīng)驗;
5. 至少 1 年人員管理經(jīng)驗;有倉庫操作員或組長管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
