• Ensure the responsible process fulfill the requirements of IATF16949 and corporate directive (CDQ and BBM compass).

確保負責的過程滿足IATF16949,及CDQ& BBM compass 相關(guān)質(zhì)量的要求。

• Monitor the status, quality, performance of the process and CIP.

對本過程的狀態(tài)，質(zhì)量及績效進行監(jiān)控和持續(xù)改進。

• Support the core processes/projects by measurement, testing, analysis and audit,ensure the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as continuous improvement of core processes/projects.

通過測量，測試，分析及審核對核心過程/項目提供支持和輸入，確保核心過程/項目的有效運行和持續(xù)改進。

• Actively collaborate and cooperate with other departments, keep objective during conflicts, pursue the consent and facilitate the solution

積極與各部門協(xié)作及合作，客觀對待沖突并尋求一致意見和解決方案。

• Customer oriented, continuously improve the satisfaction of internal and/or
  external customer through technical support and services.

Qualification required 資格要求

? Education學(xué)歷

-Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanics related major.

機械相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷

? Skills技能

-Knowledge and good understanding of IATF16949 or VDA 6.1 Quality System, knowledge in steering gears production is preferred.

-熟悉IATF16949或VDA6.1體系，了解轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)知識更佳

-Good English communication skills both in oral and written.

-良好的英語書面和口語溝通能力

? Experience工作經(jīng)驗

-Minimum 2 years quality management work experience in automobile industry, work experience in machining is preferred.

-兩年以上汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗，機械加工工作經(jīng)驗更佳
