采購(gòu)助理實(shí)習(xí)生

A. 崗位描述

Job Description：

1. Assist to the Procurement Engineer for procurement jobs regarding the group product localization in powder processing business.

協(xié)助采購(gòu)工程師處理集團(tuán)粉體加工設(shè)備國(guó)內(nèi)配套及國(guó)產(chǎn)化部分的采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)；

2. Assist to the Procurement Engineer to source, develop, communicate and manage suppliers, including supplier’s selection, assessments, and performance tracking.

協(xié)助采購(gòu)工程師進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商搜尋、開(kāi)發(fā)和管理，包括選擇、評(píng)估供應(yīng)商并進(jìn)行業(yè)績(jī)跟蹤；

3. Develop the domestic supplier to ensure at least 3 qualified suppliers for every required machine and spare parts, and establish the “Supplier Database”.

保證每樣須采購(gòu)的設(shè)備和備件有三家以上合格的國(guó)內(nèi)供應(yīng)商，建立“供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”；

4. Implement the procurement procedure and policy strictly. Control the procurement cost to fulfill the profit rate target.

嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司規(guī)定的采購(gòu)流程和政策，控制采購(gòu)成本，實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)利潤(rùn)率

5. Collaborate with technical team for supervision and inspection of Supplier’s product.

配合技術(shù)部門(mén)進(jìn)行采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的監(jiān)制和質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收；

6. Keep good relationship with suppliers to ensure the procurement efficiency and qualified.

與供應(yīng)商建立良好有效的合作關(guān)系，確保采購(gòu)工作保質(zhì)保量完成；

7. Attend training program arranged by the company for technical skills and self-improvement continually.

參加公司技術(shù)及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)培訓(xùn)，提高自身綜合素養(yǎng)；

8. Report to the Technical Director and Line manager.

向技術(shù)部總監(jiān)及直線經(jīng)理匯報(bào)工作。

B. 資格要求 Qualifications：

1. University degree or above on Machinery and equipment major.

大學(xué)機(jī)械設(shè)備專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。

2. Familiar with mechanical standards and basic knowledge.

熟悉機(jī)械標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。

3. Good sense to prices, good at team work.

對(duì)價(jià)格敏感，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作。

4. CET 4 is preferable, fluent English both in written and oral is a must.

CET4為宜，英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利。

5. Willing to travel frequently in China and to overseas.

能接受頻繁出差于國(guó)內(nèi)外。

6. Open mind, patient, detail and activeworking attitude.

性格開(kāi)朗，工作耐心細(xì)致認(rèn)真。

7. Strong capability to analysis, to solve
problem independently with the sense of responsibility.

有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，獨(dú)立思考、分析、解決問(wèn)題的能力。

8. Good communication skill, strong spirit of team work.

有良好的人際溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

9. Practiced computer application skill for various software including Auto CAD.

能熟練操作計(jì)算機(jī)讀懂CAD圖紙。
