A. Job Description崗位描述:
1 Provide assistances to Sales Engineer for customer’s inquiries through visiting, phone calls and letters.
協(xié)助銷售工程師接待客戶的日常來訪、來電、來函等咨詢服務;
2 Arrange and translate group’s catalogues, prepare and send catalogues to customer.
整理翻譯集團內產(chǎn)品資料并協(xié)助銷售人員向客戶派發(fā)資料;
3 Paper works handling for quotations, contracts & biddings.
協(xié)助銷售人員處理報價、合同及招投標等文件;
4 Provide assistances for after-sales following up, sample sending, etc.
協(xié)助銷售人員進行跟單、樣品寄送等服務;
5 Input, maintain and summarize relevant sales data.
協(xié)助銷售人員輸入、維護和匯總銷售數(shù)據(jù);
6 Filing for relevant sales documents.
進行相關銷售文件的歸檔;
7 Visit customers together with Sales Engineer, take part in commercial discussion, prepare and make record for relevant meetings.
跟隨銷售人員拜訪客戶、參加商務談判,籌備相關工作并記錄;
8 Attend training programs arranged by the company for technical and sales skills and self-improvement continually.
參加公司技術及營銷培訓,提高自身綜合素養(yǎng);
9 Report to dominated Sales Team Leader and Sales Director.
向銷售主管和銷售總監(jiān)直接匯報工作。
B. Qualifications資格要求:
1 University degree or above (Mechanical, Chemical process or Pharmaceutical background as preference).
大學本科以上學歷(機械類、化工類、制藥類為先)。
2 CET 6. Fluent English both in written and oral is a must.
英語六級以上,聽說讀寫流利。
3 Be willing to travel frequently in China and to overseas.
能接受頻繁的國內外出差。
4 With open mind, creative and active personality.
性格活潑開朗,思維開闊,有創(chuàng)造性和主動性。
5 Strong capability to analysis, to solve problem independently with the sense of responsibility.
有較強的責任心,獨立思考、分析、解決問題的能力。
6 Good communication skill, strong spirit of customer service and team work.
有良好的人際溝通能力,具有較強的客戶服務意識和團隊合作精神。
7 Practiced computer application skill and Office software.
能熟練應用計算機及Office軟件。
