Description
Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)
Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1) Conduct product training to support and deliver new product launches and lead client education events to help client gain better knowledge of financial markets and financial solutions.
2) Follow the needs-based sales process, give clients a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and ultimately provide an outstanding client experience
3) Support RMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC, and increase the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled for target clients
4) Strengthen HSBC’s image as a leading wealth provider by providing clients with access to advanced technical product expertise
5) Conduct portfolio reviews with RMs, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risks
6) Join RMs in meeting clients and provide advice, input based on technical knowledge while acting as a second point of contact to RMs for specific products and solutions
7) Complete transaction independently for those clients only have insurance needs in the meeting.
8) Improve RMs product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training
9) Activity: (Joint) meeting, Training, Coaching, Client Seminar, Portfolio Review, Policy Review

5) 幫助客戶經(jīng)理梳理客戶財(cái)務(wù)組合,根據(jù)市場和政策變化,判斷潛在機(jī)會并管理風(fēng)險,對客戶持有產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行相應(yīng)調(diào)整
6) 陪同客戶經(jīng)理約見客人,并基于產(chǎn)品和解決方法提供專業(yè)建議
7) 保險專家可獨(dú)立完成有保險產(chǎn)品需求客戶的銷售流程
8) 利用專長給客戶經(jīng)理提供輔導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)
9) 財(cái)務(wù)安全規(guī)劃經(jīng)理的活動包括客戶會見及陪同銷售、培訓(xùn)、輔導(dǎo)、客戶沙龍、客戶資產(chǎn)組合回顧及保單回顧等。
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1) Minimum six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor or at least one year of working experience as Sub-branch Manager in WPB
2) Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions
3) Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including the knowledge of financial markets, social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirement relevant to the products
4) Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities
5) Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs
6) Solid skills to manage consultative sales process
7) A solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards
8) Team player with collaborative skills
9) Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulation
10) Specialisation in one or more product categories e.g. /Estate Planning/Retirement/Protection/ Education.

9) 熟悉國際和國內(nèi)相關(guān)法律規(guī)定
10) 在某一領(lǐng)域特別擅長優(yōu)先,比如房地產(chǎn)規(guī)劃/退休規(guī)劃/家庭保障/教育規(guī)劃等
