Requirements for Senior Associates Positions高級顧問職位 任職要求

1）Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related本科學(xué)歷，會計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)、審計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)

2）3-7 years of working experience as an auditor or accountant 3-7年審計(jì)或會計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3）CET 6大學(xué)英語六級

4）Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin流利的中英文口語和書寫能力

5）Good team player and quick learner優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識和快速的學(xué)習(xí)能力

6）Self-initiative and integrity主動和誠信

7）Persistence and endurance有韌性

8）Being creative and amiable有創(chuàng)造性和親和力

Job Description職位描述

1) Report to Partner向合伙人匯報(bào)

2) Take charge of audit or consulting project planning and control承擔(dān)審計(jì)或咨詢項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃和控制

3) Deliver good quality of reports and integrated working papers to Manager and Partner向經(jīng)理和合伙人提交高質(zhì)量的報(bào)告和整合的工作底稿

4) Review the work of and frequently coach the Junior Associates to ensure fast team development 審閱下屬員工的工作，隨時培養(yǎng)下級以確保團(tuán)隊(duì)的迅速成長

5) Complete other tasks assigned from Manager and Partner完成其他經(jīng)理和合伙人分派的工作
