一. 崗位職責(zé)/SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

The Quality Engineer coordinates Quality Management System procedures in all business processes, performs system audits and supports the continuous improvement philosophy within company.

二. 工作的基本職責(zé)/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

1.從質(zhì)量管理方面執(zhí)行項目任務(wù)分配，以達(dá)成與質(zhì)量體系、產(chǎn)品及過程質(zhì)量以及成本相關(guān)的項目目標(biāo)和進(jìn)度安排。

Execute project assignments from Quality Management to attain project objectives and schedules as related to the quality system, product and process quality and cost.

2. 制定并維護(hù)質(zhì)量管理體系的政策手冊、程序和說明，以確保我們擁有一個協(xié)同運作良好的業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)，從而持續(xù)提升客戶滿意度、業(yè)務(wù)績效、流程以及人員發(fā)展水平。

Create and maintain the policy manual, procedures, and instructions for the Quality Management System that integrates well with the DPS (Deublin Production System) to help ensure we have one business system that works well together to continuously improve customer satisfaction, business performance, processes and people development.

3. 執(zhí)行審核工作，維護(hù)審核計劃。

Perform audits, maintain audit schedule.

4. 根據(jù)質(zhì)量及交付要求，并依照國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，規(guī)劃并開展供應(yīng)商訪問及新供應(yīng)商資格審核工作。

Plan and conduct supplier visits and new supplier qualification audits based on quality and delivery requirements and in conformance with international standards.

5. 完成客戶要求的各項任務(wù)，例如產(chǎn)品資質(zhì)審核、保修檢查、質(zhì)量調(diào)查以及生產(chǎn)/材料認(rèn)證請求等。

Complete customer required tasks such as product qualifications, warranty inspections, quality surveys, and production/material certification requests.

6. 通過運用 8D 補救措施以及實際問題解決方法來解決過程和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題。Solve process and product quality problems by using 8D corrective actions and practical problem solving methods.

7. 維護(hù)糾正措施體系。加快供應(yīng)商解決通過不合格報告（NCR）記錄的零部件質(zhì)量問題的速度，包括供應(yīng)商的遏制措施和糾正措施。

Maintain corrective action system. Expedite supplier resolution of part quality problems as documented through Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including supplier containment and corrective actions.

8. 維護(hù)質(zhì)量管理評審指標(biāo)，并按照計劃進(jìn)行評審。

Maintain quality management review metrics and conduct reviews per schedule.

9. 運用恰當(dāng)?shù)慕y(tǒng)計工具收集并分析數(shù)據(jù)，從而做出有效的決策。協(xié)助執(zhí)行和分析過程能力、SPC 控制圖以及 MSA 研究。

Collect and analyze data using appropriate statistical tools to make valid decisions. Assists in performing and analyzing process capability, SPC control charts, and MSA studies.

10. 分析并確定不合格材料的原因。提出適當(dāng)?shù)募m正和預(yù)防措施建議。

Analyze and determine nonconforming material causes. Recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

11.分析產(chǎn)品退貨情況，以確定產(chǎn)品設(shè)計或工藝流程方面的改進(jìn)需求。

Analyze product returns to determine product design or process modification needs.

12.評估并維護(hù)內(nèi)部質(zhì)量跟蹤系統(tǒng)。

Assess and maintain internal quality tracking systems.

13.承擔(dān)其他交辦的相關(guān)工作。

Perform other related duties as assigned.

三. 職位的基本要求/ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

1. 五年以上在制造、工程或質(zhì)量保證方面的工作經(jīng)驗，且這些經(jīng)驗是在一家在全球范圍內(nèi)運營的工業(yè)制造企業(yè)中積累的。

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance experience in a globally operating industrial manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of castings (iron, aluminum, and brass), steel (bar stock and
forgings), machining, bearings, electrical components, and seals.

3. 產(chǎn)品及制造流程、方法以及檢驗技術(shù)方面的專業(yè)知識。

Expertise in product and manufacturing processes, methodologies, and inspection techniques.

4. 供應(yīng)商審核、評估及開發(fā)方面的專業(yè)能力必須出色。

High competence in supplier audits, evaluations and developments is a must.

5. 能夠閱讀并解讀機械和電氣部件的圖紙，包括公差、表面處理、零件視圖、英制與公制單位的差異以及類似內(nèi)容。

Ability to read and interpret drawings for mechanical and electrical parts, including tolerances, surface finishes, part views, imperial vs. metric units, and similar.

6. 具備與測量系統(tǒng)一致性研究、統(tǒng)計過程控制（SPC）、潛在失效模式及后果分析（PFMEA）、生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)程序（PPAP）、產(chǎn)品先期規(guī)劃（APQP）或過程能力指數(shù)（CPK）相關(guān)的工具和流程方面的經(jīng)驗。

Experience in tools and processes related to gage R&R studies, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, or CPK.

7. 具備 REACH、ROHS 及 EHS（環(huán)境、健康與安全）、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全以及公司治理相關(guān)要求的工作知識。

Working knowledge of REACH, ROHS, and EHS, Cyber Security and Corporate Governance requirements.

8. 本科以上學(xué)歷，工程相關(guān)專業(yè)。

Bachelor's degree of Engineering or above

9. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。

Flute English in spoken and written.
