職位范圍/SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

機(jī)械密封工程師的職能是設(shè)計(jì)新的旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭及機(jī)械密封產(chǎn)品，改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品以滿足公司目標(biāo)，進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品完整性證明測試，降低成本并提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

The Mechanical Engineer performs functions to design new rotating union and mechanical seal products, improve existing products to meet company objectives, perform testing for proof of product integrity, reduce costs and improve product quality.

基本職能/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

· 基于新應(yīng)用，研發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)新旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭

R&D on Rotating Union for new application

· 了解機(jī)械密封設(shè)計(jì)，計(jì)算與應(yīng)用

Knowledge of Mechanical Seal design, calculation and application

· 了解機(jī)械密封材料，如碳化硅/石墨

Knowledge of Mechanical Seal Material, like SIC/CG

· 與全球工程團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通

Communicate with global engineering teams

· 熟悉機(jī)加工與裝配，協(xié)助生產(chǎn)

Familiar with manufacturing and assembly, Assist on production.

· 對(duì)銷售與客戶的技術(shù)支持

Provide technical support for sales and customers

· 協(xié)助采購?fù)瓿刹少徏镜鼗?/p>

Support Purchase for parts localization

· 有能力分析和解決產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)，測試和工作中出現(xiàn)的問題

Ability to analysis and solve problems during production, testing and operation

· 協(xié)同其他部門解決問題

Collaborate with other departments to solve problems

· 經(jīng)理分配的其他工作

職位的基本要求/ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

1. 三年以上旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭/機(jī)械密封設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

At least 3 years’ experience for Rotating union/Mechanical Seal design

2. 五年以上機(jī)械工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

At least 5 years’ experience working as engineer in mechanical company

3. 機(jī)械工程學(xué)士學(xué)位，碩士學(xué)位者優(yōu)先

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Master preferred

4. 英語口語和書面表達(dá)流利

Fluent in English both oral and written

5. 熟練使用AutoCAD/Inventor

ERP 和 MS office Skillful in AutoCAD/Inventor ERP and MS office

6. 具有材料/機(jī)加工/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件等相關(guān)知識(shí)

Basic knowledge on materials, manufacturing processes, standard components

7. 精力充沛，堅(jiān)持不懈，動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，可以獨(dú)立工作

Energetic,persistent, hand on and be able to work independently
