Job Responsibilities: 1. Rotation learning and practice: During each rotation cycle, participate deeply in the day-to-day operations of the department, including but not limited to market analysis, strategy formulation, event planning and execution, brand communication, customer relationship management, etc. 2. Market insight: Leverage own cultural background advantages to conduct in-depth research on trends, consumer behaviour, competitive product analysis, and policies and regulations of the regional pharmaceutical market. Provide data support and insights for the company to formulate marketing strategies and promote effective product promotion in target markets. 3. Project support: Participate in international projects, communicate directly with partners or customers in South East Asia, coordinate resources and promote the smooth progress of projects. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above from a Chinese university, majoring in international trade, marketing, medicine, pharmacy, etc. 2. Good communication skills and knowledge of at least one South East Asian language. Preference will be given to candidates with good Chinese language skills. 3. Have a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and demonstrate strong innovative thinking and market insight.
