職位描述

一、崗位職責(zé)
1.根據(jù)公司整體銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略負(fù)責(zé)大型燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)的全國(guó)業(yè)務(wù)線管理;
2.主導(dǎo)大型燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)(昆侖/華潤(rùn)/港華/中燃等)客戶的集團(tuán)集采入圍工作,拓展、維護(hù)集團(tuán)客戶關(guān)系,促成長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略合作;
3.帶領(lǐng)各地區(qū)銷(xiāo)售與燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)的各城市燃?xì)馄髽I(yè)建立良好關(guān)系,并落地形成銷(xiāo)售,爭(zhēng)取份額最大化;
4.實(shí)時(shí)掌握市場(chǎng)信息,了解市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),監(jiān)測(cè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的活動(dòng),及時(shí)針對(duì)市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)和威脅制定和調(diào)整市場(chǎng)拓展策略。
任職要求:
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、管理、電子信息等相關(guān)專業(yè),5年以上燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.有豐富的燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)客戶資源、燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)集采入圍的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)、優(yōu)秀的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)者優(yōu)先;
3.具備良好的溝通技巧和客戶關(guān)系管理能力,能夠與不同層級(jí)的客戶建立信任關(guān)系;
4.具備較強(qiáng)的商業(yè)洞察力和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,能夠制定有效的客戶開(kāi)拓規(guī)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)新客戶開(kāi)發(fā)并實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo);
5. 具有較強(qiáng)的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)、公關(guān)談判能力和抗壓能力。
