工作職責(zé):

2. 協(xié)助制定針對(duì)網(wǎng)站產(chǎn)品、節(jié)假日活動(dòng)等相關(guān)推廣策略,提升品牌曝光及銷(xiāo)售轉(zhuǎn)化。針對(duì)推廣效果進(jìn)行跟蹤統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,及時(shí)提出改進(jìn)方案。
3. 協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)制作廣告素材,確保廣告圖片的創(chuàng)意、視覺(jué)效果符合品牌形象和市場(chǎng)需求。以提升ROI、點(diǎn)擊率、轉(zhuǎn)化率等為關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。
4. 協(xié)助管理并優(yōu)化公司在海外主要社交平臺(tái)(如Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok等)的賬戶,提升品牌曝光和粉絲數(shù)量。協(xié)助制定和執(zhí)行社交媒體內(nèi)容策略,與粉絲互動(dòng)并建立長(zhǎng)期關(guān)系,提升品牌忠誠(chéng)度和轉(zhuǎn)化率。
5. 根據(jù)活動(dòng)宣傳方案,編輯并發(fā)送公司推廣郵件(Newsletter),提高郵件開(kāi)信率和點(diǎn)擊率。通過(guò)郵件營(yíng)銷(xiāo)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售。

7. 協(xié)助完成市場(chǎng)部相關(guān)各項(xiàng)工作
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、電子商務(wù)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。有留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2. 英語(yǔ)為主要工作語(yǔ)言,需要具備優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力,能無(wú)障礙瀏覽國(guó)外網(wǎng)站,能獨(dú)立編輯高質(zhì)量的英文內(nèi)容。
3. 至少1-2年海外市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解海外尤其是北美用戶習(xí)慣??缇畴娚绦袠I(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

Oversea Marketing Co-ordinator
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Overseas Marketing Specialist to join our cross-border e-commerce brand team. This role will assist in executing website content optimization strategies to increase the brand's exposure and sales performance in overseas markets. The candidate will be involved in website content editing, product description writing, social media operations, holiday promotion planning, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience in cross-border e-commerce marketing, be familiar with SEO optimization, social media marketing, and data analysis, and be capable of independently creating and driving effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit website content in English and write product descriptions to improve SEO performance, using keyword optimization and content adjustments to increase the website's ranking on search engines and drive organic traffic.
2. Assist in developing promotional strategies for website products and holiday campaigns to increase brand exposure and sales conversion. Track and analyze promotion effectiveness, and provide timely improvement recommendations.
3. Coordinate with the graphic design team to create advertising materials, ensuring that the ad visuals align with the brand image and market needs. Focus on improving key performance indicators such as ROI, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
4. Assist in managing and optimizing the company’s accounts on major overseas social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand exposure and follower count. Help develop and execute social media content strategies, interact with followers, and build long-term relationships to enhance brand loyalty and conversion rates.
5. Based on campaign plans, write and send promotional emails (Newsletters) to increase open rates and click-through rates. Use email marketing to drive product sales.
6. Monitor overseas market trends and industry developments, regularly report on emerging information, and track competitors’ marketing strategies and activities to provide market insights for the brand.
7. Assist in completing various other tasks within the marketing department to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, E-commerce, or a related field. Study abroad experience is a plus.
2. English is the primary working language, and the candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of browsing foreign websites without barriers and independently writing high-quality content.
3. At least 1-2 years of experience in overseas marketing, with knowledge of overseas (especially North American) user behavior and cross-border e-commerce industry experience being preferred.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) and advertising strategies.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, self-motivation, and the ability to quickly adapt marketing strategies based on market changes.
