ISO 9001 Quality Management System management
ISO 9001質(zhì)量管理體系相關(guān)管理

1. Maintain quality manual, quality procedures, quality record forms質(zhì)量手冊、程序文件、操作文件、記錄等文件管理

2. ISO document control and distribution質(zhì)量管理體系文件分發(fā)和控制

3. Internal ISO training 質(zhì)量管理體系相關(guān)內(nèi)部培訓

4. Internal and external audits內(nèi)、外部審計

5. New supplier qualification新原料供應商的批準

6. Supplier audits供應商審計

7. Non-conformity/CAR management for resin and copolymer products and raw materials不符合項、不合格原料、不合格中間品、不合格成品的管理

8. Customer questionnaires and audits客戶調(diào)查問卷和審計

9. Customer complaints logbook 客戶投訴登記

10. Arrange quality meetings and reports組織質(zhì)量會議及報告

11. Administrate the change management process 變化管理

12. Arrange management review meetings組織管理評審會議

13. Monthly quality reports月度質(zhì)量報告

Other

1. Assist the initiation and management of other management system, for instance, OHSAS18001, ISO14001system and etc. 協(xié)助其它管理體系的建立和管理，如OHSAS18001，ISO14001等體系

2. Assist Halal/Kosher/WQA related issues where required (e.g. audits) 支持和協(xié)助清真/猶太潔食/WQA等相關(guān)事項，如審計等

Government Technical Projects 政府科技項目

1. Internal in charge and coordination for government technical projects application協(xié)調(diào)和主管政府科技項目的申報

2. Handling documentation for government related projects and certifications for technical department 組織政府科技項目申報所需的資料

3. Prepare and submit government technical projects related reports 填寫政府科技項目相關(guān)報表和報告

4. Contact and relationship maintain with government Science &Technical Bureau/ Economic &Information Committee聯(lián)系和維持科技項目申報相關(guān)政府部門和人員，如科技局、經(jīng)信委等

5. Other relevant works requiredby government 政府要求的其它相關(guān)工作

Patent Applications 專利申請

1. Organizing technical documentation 組織準備技術(shù)資料

2. Work with patent lawyers on patent application process 就專利申請事項與專利事務所進行合作

Others 其他

Assist on AP500 documentation as required按要求協(xié)助AP500資料準備

And any other duty and responsibility as required by management 其他管理層要求的工作和職責

任職要求：

1、 本科及以上學歷，化工/化學相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2、 工作經(jīng)驗10年以上，相關(guān)工作崗位工作經(jīng)驗5年以上；

3、 很好的溝通能力、組織能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力；

4、 英語口語表達能力強優(yōu)先；
