生產(chǎn)效率提升生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化

Task Description 職責(zé)描述

Main Accountabilities & Description of Activities 主要職責(zé)及具體工作任務(wù)

1. SHE&5S管理 SHE&5S Management

  • 負(fù)責(zé)組織風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估(SEG)&管理規(guī)定的建立/更新,確保完善。

Responsible for organizing risk assessment (SEG)and establish/update regulations;

  • 組織日常的安全檢查及隱患排查治理工作,及時(shí)消除事故隱患,參與公司安全生產(chǎn)相關(guān)活動。

Organize daily safety inspections and hazard investigation, promptly eliminate accident hazards, and participate in related safety activities. (Gemba Walk/SEA...);

  • 組織現(xiàn)場環(huán)境改善及符合SHE相關(guān)要求(符合IS014001認(rèn)證)。

Organize plant environmental improvement and comply with SHE related requirements (for example IS014001 requirement);

  • 支持現(xiàn)場5S標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立及監(jiān)督執(zhí)行,確保日常狀態(tài)保持。

Support the establishment of 5S standards, and take supervision.

2. 生產(chǎn)效率&產(chǎn)出、按時(shí)交付 Production Efficiency &Output, On-time Delivery

  • 支持&協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)線效率&產(chǎn)出等異常問題分析,組織提供相應(yīng)的解決方案。

Support and coordinate the analysis of abnormal issues, such as production line efficiency, output, and find solutions.

  • 負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)/監(jiān)督、跟蹤瓶頸機(jī)器效率提高;(SMED項(xiàng)目推動)。

Responsible for guiding/supervising, and tracking efficiency improvement of bottleneck machine; (SMED project promotion)

  • 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的工藝指導(dǎo)、管理、監(jiān)督和技術(shù)服務(wù),滿足按時(shí)交付。

Responsible for the process guidance, management, supervision, and technical services of production management, to ensure timely delivery;

  • 負(fù)責(zé)新業(yè)務(wù)/新產(chǎn)線效率和產(chǎn)出持續(xù)優(yōu)化,確保產(chǎn)線正常高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

Responsible for continuously optimizing the efficiency and output of new businesses/production lines, ensuring the normal and efficient operation of the production line.

3. 生產(chǎn)流程的優(yōu)化(物料流、WIP 管理, SlOB管理等)Optimization of production processes (material flow, WIP management, SlOB management, etc.)

  • 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助完善及優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程,建立、健全生產(chǎn)部門精細(xì)管理制度。

Responsible for the improvement and optimization of production processes, and help to establish and improve the management systems & regulations of production departments;

  • 協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門對WIP和SLOB庫存物料降低和快速流轉(zhuǎn)改善。

Coordinate to reduce WIP and SLOB inventory materials to make quick flow, with cooperation with other departments.

  • 支持現(xiàn)場物料流轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)管理,制定改善方案/推動實(shí)施跟蹤并加以評估。

Support status management of on-site material flow, develop improvement plans, drive implementation, track and make evaluation;

4.質(zhì)量(Scrap, reject, complain) Quality (Scrap, reject, complain)

  • 組織廢絲和不良數(shù)據(jù)分析及改進(jìn)方案推動。

Organize the analysis of scrap, reject, and make improvements accordingly

  • 組織生產(chǎn)過程工藝檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)糾正并協(xié)調(diào)持續(xù)改善。

Organize production process inspection, try to find root causes and find solutions

  • 支持客訴問題處理,配合制定相應(yīng)解決方案并做好后續(xù)跟蹤。

Support the handling of customer complaints, cooperate in developing solutions, and make following

  • 現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評審/檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客戶要求的符合性的查驗(yàn)。

Organize compliance between existing product quality review/inspection standards and customer requirements;

  • 參與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量前期策劃,實(shí)施并跟蹤。

Participate in the preliminary planning of product quality, implement and make tracking.

5. 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化 (SOP、體系完善、技能提高/考核、合理化建議、部門文化建設(shè)..)Standardization (SOP, system improvement, skill improvement/assessment, rationalization suggestions, departmental cultural construction...)

  • 組織和評估SOP更新和再培訓(xùn)。

Responsible for SOP update and training

  • 組織體系符合性,并保持完善和建立相關(guān)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。

Establish and improve the training plans to satisfy system requirement.

  • 組織提高現(xiàn)場操作人員技及技能評估&考核。

Organize the evaluation and assessment of on-site operator skills,

  • 合理化建議收集/協(xié)調(diào)解決。

Collection/coordination of employees' suggestions;

  • 組織相關(guān)活動促進(jìn)部門文化建立(改善項(xiàng)目開展/技能競賽/優(yōu)秀評比等)。

Organize relevant activities to promote the establishment of departmental culture (improve project implementation/skill competitions/excellent

evaluations, etc.)

  • 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件/工藝件/生產(chǎn)工具&工裝&夾具等的導(dǎo)入和維護(hù)管理。

Responsible for the maintenance management of production line standard parts/process parts/production tools &fixtures, etc;

Qualifications 任職要求

  1. College Degree and above;
  2. Above 5 years relevant production work experience;
  3. Mechanical or electromechanical majors;
  4. Familiar with visual management and 5S management;
  5. Eager to learn new things and looks for improvements in all aspects relating to the department, whether technical or managerial;
  6. Very strict in the implementation of procedures and conveys this attitude to his/her subordinates;
  7. Analyses production data accurately, sees deviations and looks for causes. Offers suggestions for improvement;
  8. Is a courageous, honest and fair person who succeeds in gaining trust from his subordinates and is prepared not only to give positive feedback but also negative feedback.
