Your tasks:
- Category/Product strategy: Regionally adapt overall category/product strategy & value proposition
- Go-to-market: Define & execute regional go-to-market strategy, ensure (top) customer proximity & represent category/product expertise towards customer base, identify customers needs & opportunities
- Product creation & content: Represent aftermarket swim lane within serial GDPEP, deliver output of e2e product range development (GDPEP) & lifecycle management activities, initiate all-makes re-engineering & define product specification in line with market/customer specificities in cooperation with Engineering to deliver defined target product coverage & speed to market, manage EOP process & change management process in IAM/OES, provide product contents/USPs to support marketing & sales in product penetration & brand awareness, conduct product trainings, supporting market(ing) events
- Sales & margin: Plan, drive & secure category/products sales, margin, market shares in collaboration with Sales teams and according to strategic/operational plans
- Team management: Continuously develop & coach own team
Your profile:
- Min. 5 years work experience in product/category/project mgmt., sales, strategy, business development, marketing, consulting, or similar
- Automotive (aftermarket) experience (OES/IAM/Service/OE), preferably in Chassis
- Project/Team leadership experience preferred
- Excellence written/oral English, Chinese and/or German beneficial
- Strategic/Analytical thinking ability, business (P&L) acumen & (product) strategy execution track record, result-driven & entrepreneurial mindset
