工作職責(zé)：
1.Gather and track product requirements and specifications to design team. 收集并跟蹤設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的產(chǎn)品要求和規(guī)格。
2.Provide DFM to customer for approval. 向客戶提供DFM以供批準(zhǔn)。
3.Make sure all product/tech projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget. 確保所有產(chǎn)品/技術(shù)項(xiàng)目在截止日期前完成，并在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)完成。
4.Lead teams through Agile methodologies. 通過敏捷方法領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)。
5.Act as a communications liaison between technical and non-technical colleagues.充當(dāng)技術(shù)和非技術(shù)同事之間的溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)人
6.Automated targeted reports for different internal and/or external audiences 針對(duì)不同內(nèi)部和/或外部受眾的自動(dòng)化目標(biāo)報(bào)告
7.Organize and track jobs, clarify project scopes, proactively manage risks and manage project escalations.組織和跟蹤工作，明確項(xiàng)目范圍，主動(dòng)管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并管理項(xiàng)目升級(jí)
8.Support roadmap-planning process lifecycle from business backward planning to breaking down the roadmap for individual tribes.支持路線圖規(guī)劃流程生命周期，從業(yè)務(wù)反向規(guī)劃到分解單個(gè)部落的路線圖
9.Have a strong track record of delivering technology projects with cross-functional leadership.在跨職能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下交付技術(shù)項(xiàng)目方面有著良好的記錄
10.Be able to dive into technical domains to understand engineering dependencies and remove roadblocks.能夠深入技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，了解工程依賴關(guān)系并消除障礙
11.Work closely with customer to resolve their concerns.與客戶密切合作，解決他們的問題。
崗位要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，具備機(jī)械、電氣自動(dòng)化及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)背景，有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
2.形象佳，具備良好的溝通能力、口頭表達(dá)能力及思維能力；
3.英語口語流利，有CET-6及以上水平；
4.談判技巧強(qiáng)，擁有法律稅務(wù)知識(shí)，具備成本核算能力；
5.熟悉項(xiàng)目管理方法和管理工具優(yōu)秀的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，項(xiàng)目控制能力；
6.為A客戶項(xiàng)目從事過2年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
7.有3C、蘋果公司、亞馬遜公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先；
8.能適應(yīng)出差，具備抗壓能力，能接受挑戰(zhàn)。
