Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
1. Make manufacture drawings and assembly drawings of components of TBM according to concept drawings and HK standards in time. 根據(jù)概念圖和海瑞克標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及時(shí)繪制TBM各部件的制造圖和裝配圖。
2. Create BOM list of manufacture drawings and assembly drawings according to HK standards. 根據(jù)海瑞克標(biāo)準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)建制造圖和裝配圖的BOM表。
3. Transfer BOM information to SAP system. 將BOM信息傳輸?shù)絊AP系統(tǒng)。
4. Basic engineering calculation of steel structure parts. 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)部件的基礎(chǔ)工程計(jì)算。
5. Technical support to the manufacturer of steel structure. 對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造商的技術(shù)支持。
6. Technical support to the assembly workshop. 為裝配車(chē)間提供技術(shù)支持。
7. Guarantee that HK knowledge and intellectual property, patent rights are protected at all times and that no assembly / manufacturing drawings or electronic drawings will be sent to an unauthorized recipient internally or externally as defined by HK regulations. 保證海瑞克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、專利權(quán)在任何時(shí)候都受到保護(hù)，并且不得將組裝、制造圖紙和電子圖紙發(fā)送給海瑞克規(guī)定的未經(jīng)授權(quán)的內(nèi)外部人員。
8. Guarantee that latest HK standards and methods are implemented during making drawings or documents. 保證在圖紙或文件制作過(guò)程中執(zhí)行最新的海瑞克標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法。
9. Make risk analysis for the components if needed. 如果有需要，對(duì)關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。
10. Carry out the requirements of safety rules of HK standards, industrial standards and national standards all the time during make drawings or documents. 在圖紙或文件制作過(guò)程中，始終執(zhí)行海瑞克標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安全規(guī)則要求。
11. Report to manager or supervisor immediately if have design problems cannot be solved personally. 如發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題不能親自解決，應(yīng)立即向經(jīng)理或主管報(bào)告。
12. Report to manager or supervisor on daily basis. 每天向經(jīng)理或主管報(bào)告。
13. Other jobs assigned by design manager or supervisor. 完成設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)理或主管安排的其他工作。
