Dezan Shira & Associates is seeking for an ERP Implementation Intern. Under direct supervision, intern will use basic knowledge and skills obtained from training to assist Information System team. Responsibilities include but not limited to research, analysis, documentation, coding, design and testing programs in support or development of application used within our company.

Principal Responsibilities: 主要工作職責(zé)

· Participate in requirement gathering sessions and documentation

· Provide maintenance supports on ERP after training

· Develop test plans and test scripts

制定測(cè)試計(jì)劃和測(cè)試腳本

· Participate in functional / UAT testing

參與功能測(cè)試和UAT測(cè)試

· Coordinate special activities and attend various meeting and training sessions

協(xié)調(diào)活動(dòng)并且參與會(huì)議和培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目

· Regular system/application maintenance and support on other applications

對(duì)其他應(yīng)用程序定期系統(tǒng)/應(yīng)用程序的維護(hù)和支持

· Follow-up with internal clients about completed tasks to ensure satisfaction

· Escalates issues to manager in a timely and appropriate manner

Job Requirements

· Familiar with any Programming languages such as Python, Java, C#

熟悉任何一種編成語(yǔ)言，Python, Java, C#

· Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL

熟知SQL Server或者M(jìn)ySQL等其中一種數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)

· Has accounting knowledge or familiar with any ERP

了解會(huì)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)或者熟悉任何ERP系統(tǒng)

· Ability to evaluate and interpret end user information requirements, and to maintain systems

能評(píng)估和解釋最終用戶的信息需求，并維護(hù)系統(tǒng)

· Must have strong troubleshooting skills, able to work both independently and with others under instructions to solve problems

· Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills (oral and written)

· Excellent English communication skill is a plus

· Ability to use MS office, Windows operating systems

教育背景 Educational Background

· 學(xué)士，本科或以上在校學(xué)生

Bachelor degree or above

· 軟件工程，計(jì)算機(jī)，管理信息系統(tǒng)，金融，會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)
