Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)： 1. According to market forecast, sales data and production volume, conduct data analysis and develop plant planning master plan & strategies. Be able to keep good communication with customers and focus on meeting customer requirements. (根據(jù)市場預(yù)測，銷售數(shù)據(jù)和生產(chǎn)量，去分析和完善工廠生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和制定戰(zhàn)略方針。能夠很好的和客戶溝通 盡可能的滿足客戶要求) 2. Have the capability to leverage customer demand and plant production capacity, and optimize production plan. 有能力協(xié)調(diào)客戶需求與工廠生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能，并且優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃 3. Control the plant overall inventory and conduct inventory analysis. Be familiar with MRP process and need work out effective purchasing plan via MRP process. 控制工廠庫存，分析庫存，處理庫存. 熟練MRP流程， 制定出高效的采購需求。 4. Perform annual budget related to long term planning, purchasing planning and inventory planning. 根據(jù)全年的預(yù)算制定出長期的采購、計(jì)劃和庫存計(jì)劃。 5. Project transfer associated material activities. 項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)的物料事宜。 6. Will be the team supervisor of Planning function, assist planning manager to accomplish any tasks as required efficiently 有效完成計(jì)劃主管指派的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。 Qualifications 任職資格： 1. College or above 大專及以上學(xué)歷; 2. Minimum of 5 years MPS experience;至少5年的生產(chǎn)和物料計(jì)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 3. CET-4大學(xué)英語四級(jí)； 4. Project management 具備一定項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn); 5. Be of Accountability 較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心；
