Support Sales, Program manager to ensure the excellent service to customers. 協(xié)助銷售,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理確保為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù) 2. Day-day order processing, to verify the PO pricing versus the quote price, MOQ and shipment term每日訂單處理,核實(shí)訂單價(jià)格與報(bào)價(jià),最小起訂量和出貨安排。 3. Day-day order tracking, to confirm the material availability, production capacity also delivery schedule每日訂單跟蹤,確認(rèn)物料可用性,生產(chǎn)能力及交貨期 4. Expediting urgent demands on material and production to satisfy customer’ requirement加快材料和生產(chǎn)的緊急需求,以滿足客戶的需求 5. Regular meeting with planners and update customer for the status on accounts定期與計(jì)劃人員開會,并向客戶更新 6. Participate needed to required meeting with PM/Sales/Customers. 參與必要的與PM/Sales/客戶的會議 7. Prepare the documents and report for customers為客戶提供所需信息及報(bào)告 8. Analysis on Negative products and report the finding as well as the solution對不良品進(jìn)行分析,并報(bào)告發(fā)現(xiàn)及解決方案。
