一、崗位主要職責(zé)/Main responsibilities 1.Responsible tor South China region sales, achieve budget and incremental growth target by develop new accounts and acquire new projects 2.Keep tracking and monitoring legacy projects order booking and customer inventory stock, ensure forecast accuracy 3.Development and realisation of Sales/Marketing plans and activities. 4.Ability to travel when necessary, with frequency 50%+ 5.Others if necessary assigned by line manager 1.負(fù)責(zé)華南地區(qū)的銷(xiāo)售,通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)和獲得新項(xiàng)目來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)算和增量增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo) 2.持續(xù)跟蹤和監(jiān)控遺留項(xiàng)目訂單預(yù)訂和客戶(hù)庫(kù)存,確保預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性 3.制定并落實(shí)銷(xiāo)售/市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃和活動(dòng) 4.能夠根據(jù)需要出差,出差頻率50%以上 5.其他必要時(shí)由直屬經(jīng)理指派的工作 二、崗位任職資格/Job qualifications 1. Bachelor + 2.3+ years sales experience in relative positions and preferred with experience on connector industrial 3.Proactively and accountability to work, result oriented 4.Pretty good communicate ability, team collaboration spirit 5.Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills 6.Spoken and written English capability 1. 本科以上學(xué)歷 2.3年以上銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),連接器行業(yè)優(yōu)先 3.積極主動(dòng),工作負(fù)責(zé),以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向 4.良好的溝通能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神 5具有較強(qiáng)的談判技巧和專(zhuān)業(yè)銷(xiāo)售技能 6.具備英語(yǔ)口頭和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力
