MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責

1. Lead APQP-process for new product development, project management. Project plan and follow up, product process development and sample making, including Heavy Maximo Power Spring, Brake Band and other similar springs.

主導大型卷收重力彈簧，剎車帶以及其他相關(guān)彈簧新品的前期策劃，項目管理，規(guī)劃和跟蹤；產(chǎn)品工藝開發(fā)，制作樣件。

2. Be responsible for making up routing plans, PPAP, APQP, control plans, FMEA, creating working instructions etc. for Spiral Spring and Constant Force Spring.

負責非接觸式渦卷彈簧以及部分恒力彈簧的工藝計劃，PPAP，APQP和質(zhì)量控制計劃，潛在失效模式分析的制定，生產(chǎn)線所需的作業(yè)指導書的編制。

3. Make the evaluation for customer drawing and cost calculation for Spiral Spring and Constant Force Spring, achieve drawings, datasheets, files and samples from customers.

對非接觸式渦卷彈簧以及部分恒力彈簧產(chǎn)品的客戶圖紙進行評審并做好成本核算，圖紙，文件及樣品的管理。

4. Provide technical supporting to customers if necessary to improve customer satisfaction for Spiral Spring and Constant Force Spring.

為非接觸式渦卷彈簧以及部分恒力彈簧的客戶提供技術(shù)支持以提高客戶滿意度。

5. Conduct the data maintaining in SAP system related to Spiral Spring and Constant Force Spring.

完成SAP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)有關(guān)非接觸式渦卷彈簧以及部分恒力彈簧的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的維護。

6. Cooperate and correspond with related departments.

與相關(guān)部門進行有效的協(xié)調(diào)和合作。

7. Manage and assist internal audits according to QS requirements.

按照質(zhì)量體系要求管理并跟進內(nèi)部審核。

8. Lead CIP projects related to Spiral Spring and Constant Force Spring.

主導非接觸式渦卷彈簧以及部分恒力彈簧產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)改進項目。

9. Complete other tasks appointed by Superior.

完成上級指派的其他任務。

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任職要求條件

Education & Major 學歷與專業(yè)

Bachelor’s degree or above & Associate or major in Heat Treatment, metal material

本科及以上, 機械工程設計及制造相關(guān)專業(yè)

Job Related Experience 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗

5 years and above experience with project management in automotive industrial MNC

5年及以上汽車零部件行業(yè)項目管理經(jīng)驗

Total Working Experience整體工作經(jīng)驗

10years and above

10年及以上

Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知識

Be familiar with 5tools in Quality了解質(zhì)量五大工具

Be familiar with working procedures & parameters of Spiral Spring and Constant Force Spring

熟悉非接觸式蝸卷彈簧以及部分恒力彈簧的工藝流程和參數(shù)

Basic English speaking and writing skills.
