Responsibilities:
The Candidate will report to the APAC Boutiques Director (base in Shanghai) and will work with the APAC Boutique team based between Shanghai and Hong Kong in managing, in partnership with our Licensors, the Sunglasses and Optical Business in the Licensor’s Branded Stores (Directed Operated Stores, Franchisees Partners, E-commerce, and Outlet business) across the APAC Region. She/He will be responsible for working with both Regional and Corporate Sales and Operations teams to ensure the delivery of the best service to the Boutiques and cascade the Brand/Product Strategy built by the License Manager and the APAC Boutique Director, into Boutiques.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the APAC Boutique Director to establish relationship and trust with Regional Partners, reviewing performances on a regular basis, ensure constant support and conquer on key strategic projects from DIGITAL to SUSTAINABILITY, from STARS to TRAINING.
Key tasks are:
- Act as the liaison to strengthen the communication flows and processes between BTQs and global planning and operations teams to provide service excellence to APAC Boutiques.
- Collecting Sell-Out, Sell-In, and Forecasts information to monitor trends and provide to the APAC Boutiques Director recommendations on actions to enhance service level and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for global and local brand teams on BTQs productivity, sell out, marketing initiatives.
- Aligning formats and contents on Boutiques presentations at a global level: Business Reviews, Assortment Strategy meetings, etc.
- Visiting Boutiques around APAC Region (mostly Greater China, Japan and Korea) and produce qualitative and quantitative reports on the stores checks visits, ideally on a periodical basis. Therefore, is required an availability to travel.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in sales or account management, with demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage high-profile client relationship.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets and building long term partnership with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a track-record of improving marketing performance through data-driven insights, combined with excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of and a keen interest in Luxury and Fashion industry/Business management and/or Consumer Goods (High-end Cosmetics and Beauty and Fragrance)
- An international academic background or study abroad experience is required preferably in multicultural environments.
- Excellent in English and Mandarin, other Asian language are a plus (especially Japanese and/or Korean).
- Good business acumen and entrepreneurship attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills; excellent data warehousing competence, strong business process and logic mindset.
- Experience with PowerPoint presentations is a must, combined with excellent presentation skills and attitude;
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Business Objects is a plus.
- Good mindset of problem-solving.
- Ability to think cross-functionally and join data from various sources.
