Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the national sales development director, you will work closely with regional managers, local brand managers, finance manager, product manager, legal team, regional training, corporate trade marketing & teams regionally to execute commercial initiatives and projects and to achieve key results for the multicategory brand portfolio.
- Act as the corporate key contact point for the regional teams on any matters relating to the business/brands, serving as the link of communication between HQ and internal teams in HQ and Regions.
- Develop brand business initiatives, including setting, refining, and communicating of initiatives key results and achievements.
- Work, supporting the Professional Solutions PMO, on updating the Quarterly Key Initiatives Master Plan
- Expand to deploy and track brands' commercial projects (include a visual display, new launch, marketing campaign, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (marketing or business related preferred)
- Min. of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably big four consulting company
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders at different levels in the organization.
- Ability to use English proficiently in written and oral expression.
- Nice to have a good expertise in supporting business/brand strategy & execution (sales, marketing, media, PR, and market development).
