英語和粵語流利,有infra及IT支持團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗,base廣州 職責(zé) ?Directly manage CTC ServiceDesk team including network, field service and Infra program members. ?Continue develop a high-quality site support organization, attracting & developing talented people with the China region ?Take a positive and lead role in the delivery of desktop expertise to assist with management strategies of the organization ?Work closely with Group infra team to ensure that projects are delivered flawlessly within agreed timeline and budget ?Regional operational management of IT field services engineers, including but not limited to ?Maintain/Exceed established IT Service Levels ?Assist with establishing/refining relevant IT desktop/client services procedures ?Manage regional service delivery expectations and customer satisfaction targets ?Manage regional support teams in the area of risk mitigation associated to aging hardware, software, audits, Disaster Recovery, Virus Protection and Patch Management ?To work inline and with reference to Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change and Release management 要求 1.Experience: ?Experience with PC hardware, operating systems and Office productivity application software ?Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft Outlook is a plus. Team experience essential ?Excellent written and verbal English & Cantonese communication and presentation skills 3.Academic Requirements: ?Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field ?Typically has 5-10 years of IT and business/industry work experience in MNC, with at least 1 years of experience in a supervisory role. ?Technical certifications in Microsoft and Networking technology is a plus but not required Cyber security experience was preferred.
