Lead product design team effectiveness, responsible for product design and application. Ensure design and technical support meet customer quality requirement.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Lead product design team effectively, encourage team work activity and perform their biggest potential.
• Leading the new QDC product design and development.
• Improving current product design.
• Technical communicate with customer.
• Collect and know information about develop of QDC-FC products.
• Design, make, amend and check drawings and technical documents about daily products and customer projects.
• Complete assigned job from supervisor timely.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.
• 5+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.
• Proficiency in design tools.
• Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.
• Global mindset and outstanding communication skills both in Chinese and English.
