Mission Statement:

Overall responsible for the NAS SAP security operations and project delivery, governance, risk management and various internal control & audit requirements fulfilment.

Main Accountabilities and Duties:

1. Lead NAS SAP Security Team
- Responsible for the SAP security team management, build people competence and develop career plan. Proactively cooperate across different ERP sub teams and achieve the target.

2. Fulfill ITGC, Internal Control & Audit, Compliance requirements
Take full ownership and responsibility in the various IT controls, audits and compliance requirements. With strong governance sense and risk management skills. Working with Compliance team and Audit Groups to facilitate strong controls around end user/system access. Providing guidance and hands on support to other teams to adapt a compliant security process. Be able to effectively communicate with various control & audit teams to reach a balance between compliance and productivity. Owning platform security overall governance.

3. Security Operations & Bring ABB China SAP Security to next level
Ensure the existing security operations fully compliant. Owning the security architect design and deploy security solutions that meet Business needs while ensuring proper control. Define and implement initiatives to improve the security sense of IS and Non-IS people in North Asia, in order to support a sustainable business development. Establishing future standards and processes in conjunction with other teams for the target platform.

4. Deliver Security Projects
Responsible for the security project management and delivery.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Above 5 years of working experience in SAP authorization management via Operations or Projects or proven experience in IT control and SAP GRC AC processes
- Strong understanding of SAP security policies, ITGC implementation experience & SOD knowledge is a MUST
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Structural thinking and proactive behavior is a MUST
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP System Security Architect)
- Experience with SAP GRC PC or SAP S/4HANA security
- Consulting firm experience in risk management or security project delivery
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
