崗位職責(zé)描述

1. 應(yīng)用質(zhì)量控制方法（PQCP/PFMEA/PCP等），保證產(chǎn)品和過程質(zhì)量持續(xù)穩(wěn)定滿足offer要求。

--Deploy quality control methods(PQCP,PFMEA,PCP…) to ensure that product and process quality continuously and stably meet offer requirements.

2. 支持PQC及相關(guān)職能部門進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量解決、控制和恢復(fù)措施的實施，以保持生產(chǎn)線的順利運(yùn)行；

--Support process quality technician and related functions on production line quality solving, containment and recover actions implement, to keep the production line running smoothly;

3.通過FFR、MDR、COPQ等質(zhì)量指標(biāo)監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，基于精益六西格瑪/Kaizen/8D等改善方法，系統(tǒng)化推進(jìn)績效改進(jìn)。

--Monitor the product quality by quality index such as FFR, MDR and COPQ，lead systematic performance improvement base on Lean & Six Sigma/Kaizen/8D methodology.

4.與相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)，推動客戶投訴的解決，需要時出具分析報告。

--Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and issue analysis reports as required.

5. 跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的失效分析，推動產(chǎn)品問題的改善。

--Follow up the failure analysis of products, promote the improvement of product problems.

6.從質(zhì)量角度支持項目在工廠的活動。與IQL/PQL合作，負(fù)責(zé)項目交付的質(zhì)量交接。

--Support the project launching in the plant from quality function. Work with IQL/PQL and responsible for project deliveries handover in quality field.

7.數(shù)字化工具部署和優(yōu)化。

--Digital tools deployment and optimization;

職位要求

1.機(jī)械/電氣/質(zhì)量管理類專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；

2.三年以上制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷，掌握質(zhì)量專業(yè)技能，并有實踐運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗；

3.邏輯縝密，具有系統(tǒng)化思維；

4.良好的溝通能力，推動協(xié)調(diào)能力；

5.出色的數(shù)據(jù)處理分析能力，有數(shù)字化基礎(chǔ)；

6.務(wù)實、細(xì)心，且具備創(chuàng)新精神。
