崗位職責(zé)：

1.完成年度目標(biāo)設(shè)定的工作內(nèi)容；按照《HSE-S責(zé)任承諾書(shū)》履行HSE-S職責(zé)；

Complete the annual job content goals ; Fulfill HSE-S responsibilities with the HSE-S Responsibility Commitment Letter;

2.遵守《損失控制業(yè)績(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)匯總表》中相關(guān)的損失控制職責(zé)，遵守與工作相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)、規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

Adhere Loss Control Performance Standards, and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and normative standards related to work;

3.負(fù)責(zé)化學(xué)品倉(cāng)庫(kù)及中央倉(cāng)的收發(fā)存管理作業(yè)，包含原料、成品、中央倉(cāng)物資等；對(duì)倉(cāng)庫(kù)進(jìn)行合理的規(guī)劃，保證倉(cāng)庫(kù)空間的充分、合理運(yùn)用；

Responsible for the management of the material receipt, storage, delivery, include chemical ,spare parts,PPE etc; Responsible for the management of the warehouse to ensure the sufficient and reasonable use of the space;

4.負(fù)責(zé)管理倉(cāng)庫(kù)作業(yè)及安全狀況，就不符合事項(xiàng)提出整改方案并監(jiān)督實(shí)施；監(jiān)督和管理倉(cāng)庫(kù)員工檢查化學(xué)原料和非化學(xué)物料的存儲(chǔ)情況；

Responsible for the management of warehouse operations and safety conditions, proposing rectification plans for non conformities, and supervising the implementation; Manage warehouse employees to inspect the storage status of the chemical and non chemical materials;

5.負(fù)責(zé)審核相關(guān)報(bào)表、數(shù)據(jù)，確保帳實(shí)相符，一切物料的收發(fā)均有據(jù)可依；負(fù)責(zé)倉(cāng)庫(kù)固定及循環(huán)及年度庫(kù)存盤(pán)點(diǎn)，記錄庫(kù)存異記錄與澄清；監(jiān)督和管理廢棄物的貯存及交付廢物回收商的過(guò)程；

Responsible for the management of reviewing relevant reports and data, ensuring that the accounts match the actual, and that all material

receipts and deliveries are based on evidence; Responsible for the management of warehouse inventory counting, recording and clarifying inventory discrepancies; Supervise and manage the storage and delivery process of waste to waste recyclers;

6.倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)優(yōu)化工作；培訓(xùn)及跟進(jìn)下屬各項(xiàng)工作 ;

Optimization of warehouse management system; Train and follow up on various tasks of warehouse employees ;

7.維持、改善及報(bào)告所管轄部門(mén)的所有流程及操作確保合規(guī) ; 部門(mén)成本管控 ；全廠動(dòng)力設(shè)備管理；

Maintain, improve, and report all processes of warehouse operations to ensure compliance; Departmental cost control; Forklift management in cost & compliance ;

8.協(xié)助完成其他職能部門(mén)共同完成需配合事項(xiàng)；公司及上級(jí)交辦的其它事項(xiàng)。

Assist other functional departments in completing collaborative tasks; Other matters assigned by the company and superiors.

Requirements:任職要求：

1.本科或以上學(xué)歷；工商管理、物流管理、工業(yè)管理、化工等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Chemical Engineering

2.3-5年化學(xué)品倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉化學(xué)品的分類及存儲(chǔ)規(guī)范要求；

3-5 years of experience in chemical warehouse management; Familiar with the classification and storage requirements of chemicals;

3.有較豐富的SAP、MES或WMS系統(tǒng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Have experience in SAP, MES, or WMS system management；

4.熟悉倉(cāng)庫(kù)設(shè)備；Familiar with warehouse equipment；

5.有較豐富的ISO及5S管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Have experience in ISO and 5S management work;

6.持有叉車證優(yōu)先考慮（如無(wú)入職后需考）；forklift certificate is a must;

7.流利的普通話；熟練的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力；Fluent Mandarin; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, writing.
