鑒衡認(rèn)證中心（China General Certification Center，以下簡稱“鑒衡認(rèn)證”）是由國家認(rèn)證認(rèn)可監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)（CNCA）2003年批準(zhǔn)成立的、致力于可再生能源產(chǎn)品檢測、認(rèn)證等技術(shù)服務(wù)的專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)。

鑒衡認(rèn)證的使命是：
打造國際一流的可再生能源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/規(guī)范和技術(shù)的研究能力；
提供公正、獨(dú)立、科學(xué)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)臋z測認(rèn)證服務(wù)；
促進(jìn)可再生能源的安全、清潔、高效、可持續(xù)供應(yīng)及應(yīng)用。

鑒衡認(rèn)證設(shè)有監(jiān)管認(rèn)證質(zhì)量的理事會(huì)和技術(shù)委員會(huì)。在風(fēng)能認(rèn)證方面，配備了專業(yè)的工具軟件，建立了一支專門從事風(fēng)能認(rèn)證的技術(shù)隊(duì)伍，根據(jù)國際導(dǎo)則、IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以及國際通行慣例，開展風(fēng)電設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)認(rèn)證、型式認(rèn)證、項(xiàng)目認(rèn)證。通過認(rèn)證，為風(fēng)電場開發(fā)商提供選購產(chǎn)品的依據(jù)，降低投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；為設(shè)備制造商的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量把關(guān)，幫助企業(yè)消化吸收引進(jìn)的技術(shù)，促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。目前認(rèn)證客戶涵蓋了國內(nèi)主要風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組制造企業(yè)，其技術(shù)能力和認(rèn)證結(jié)果得到政府部門和社會(huì)各界的廣泛認(rèn)可和采信。

China General Certification Center (CGC) was founded in 2003 with the authorization of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA), which is a professional certification body committed to standards development and quality certification in renewable energy field.
